What is a Washateria?
A Washateria is just a fancy name for a laundromat, that has its roots going back to around 1937, and was used to describe laundromats primarily in the southern part of the country. Our laundromat building has been a part of the Vernon community since 1956, and there have been many different names that have graced the front of the building. Whether you remember coming to the laundromat with your grandparents, or have just discovered us, Steve and Chris humbly welcome you to their venture.
Who/What is Cup?
Cup was a term of endearment that Steve used to call Chris after they would have many cups of coffee together in the morning before heading off to work when they'd first started dating.
